What sort of duties do you have at work?
I’m the head of sales at BurdaLuxury Singapore, and I lead the sales team for all sales & revenue related projects – including advertising and partnerships.
What’s your most-used productivity hack?
A daily to-do list, it keeps me in check on what has to be done, and striking the off gives me a quick sense of accomplishment,
What do you think are the key skills needed to become successful in sales?
To be thick skinned and not afraid of rejections. In addition, I feel that a sales person needs to be flexible and adaptable to all situations.
What show are you currently binge-watching?
A netflix drama called Extraordinary Attorney Woo. I just need a show to laugh/cry at times.
What are the values that drive you?
Honesty, Responsibility, Empathy, Teamwork and Gratitude. These are applicable for me whether as a colleague, leader and at home too.
